These terms apply when you use kenzumart.com or buy from Kenzu Mart. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders
- After you place an order, we call you to confirm it. An order is only final once we have confirmed it with you.
- We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown wrongly, or we cannot reach you to confirm. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
- Please give a correct phone number and full address. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
- You can pay cash to the delivery rider (cash on delivery). Where available, you can also pay online at checkout.
- For large orders or deliveries far from Dhaka, we may ask for the delivery charge in advance. We will tell you before confirming.
Delivery
Delivery charges and times are shown on our Delivery information page. Times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, bad weather or courier delays.
Returns and refunds
You can check your parcel in front of the rider before paying. Our full rules are on the Refund and returns page.
Product information
We try to show every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and sizes may vary a little between brands. If something is not as described, contact us and we will make it right.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
Use of the website
Please do not misuse the website, place fake orders, or copy our photos and text without permission.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Dhaka.
