Heavy or large items may have an extra charge. We will tell you before confirming the order.
How it works
- After you order, we call to confirm within a few hours.
- Orders confirmed before 5pm are usually handed to the courier the same day.
- The rider calls before arriving. Please keep your phone on.
Common questions
Can I check the product before paying?
Yes. Open the parcel in front of the rider. If something is wrong, do not accept it and call us right away.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No. Pay in cash to the rider. For large orders far from the city we may ask for the delivery charge in advance.
What if I am not home?
The rider will call you. You can ask them to deliver later or to someone else at the address.
